For example, windows that have been left open, unsecured doors and leaks or damage. Venture’s detailed visit reports are then sent to the Property Services Team, so action can be taken as necessary.

A reliable and professional solution

As a result of problems with a previous provider, Rowanmoor decided to appoint a new security company, who would be reliable and deliver on their promises. After researching local security providers and speaking to current customers for references, Rowanmoor awarded Venture the contract.

With several of Rowanmoor’s properties located in the centre of Salisbury, Venture provides a lockdown service at agreed times, meaning they are responsible for securing the buildings. As well as looking out for security risks, such as open windows and unsecured doors, the team checks for potential maintenance issues and reports them, so action can be taken.

Over the weekend, Rowanmoor staff have access at certain times. Venture is flexible and will fit around this and the needs of the business. They also manage any additional assignments or emergencies that may arise, even at very short notice.
