As part of a commitment to raising standards and enhancing the onsite experience, Simplyhealth was keen to consolidate its front of house service offering. All reception duties are now being covered by Venture’s SIA licensed and trained security officers, who are specially trained in customer service.
The VentureFIRST officers ensure a strong first impression is delivered. They provide a high quality service that upholds the company’s values and reputation, while being reflective of the position Simplyhealth holds within the industry.
Detailed electronic records that log each officer’s activity, as well as recording any maintenance issues spotted and other events of note, are provided to the facilities team daily, supporting them to manage the smooth operation of the site.
