Corporate Social Responsibility Policy

This policy is based on Venture Security’s vision and values, organisational aims and our environmental and ethical purchasing policies. Our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy is based on the following principles:

Quality Policy

The purpose of the Integrated Management System is to ensure that the services provided to our customers consistently meet or exceed their expectations. Venture Security operates a system that regularly evaluates its processes and customer needs, and has set quantifiable goals with plans in place to ensure that they are improved year on year in accordance with BS EN ISO 9001:Quality Management System - requirements, BS 10800, BS 7499, BS 7984 and BS 7858, BS EN ISO 14001:Environmental Management System - requirements and BS ISO 45001:Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems - requirements.

Complaints Policy

Venture Security is committed to providing a high-quality service. Unfortunately, despite our best intentions, things can still go wrong. When this happens, we need to be informed so that every effort can be made to put things right and to prevent such errors in future. Anti-Bribery Policy

This anti-bribery policy exists to set out the responsibilities of Venture Security and those who work for us in regard to observing and upholding our zero-tolerance position on bribery and corruption. It also exists to act as a source of information and guidance for those working for us. It helps them recognise and deal with bribery and corruption issues, as well as understand their responsibilities.

Recruitment and Selection Policy

Lone Working Policy

There are situations where Venture Security staff will be required to work alone. Where the conditions of service delivery or its associated tasks require staff to work alone, both the individual staff member and managers have a duty to assess and reduce the risks that lone working presents. This policy should be read in conjunction with the relevant Health and Safety policies and risk assessments.
