Armed Forces Day honours the men and women who make up the Armed Forces community: from currently serving troops to Service families, veterans and cadets. It is celebrated every June. Venture was proud to manage security for the national event in 2019, which was held in Salisbury. 140 SIA licensed security operatives and stewards were in place, managing crowds of more than 65,000 across the three days.
Stonehenge is an iconic world heritage site that has been a place of worship and celebration at the time of Summer Solstice for thousands of years. The free to attend event sees up to 20,000 visitors from across the world, visiting the Wiltshire monument to watch the sun rise on the longest day of the year.
House Festival, held at Kenwood House in London, has been dubbed “the poshest festival in the world”. The festival is members club Soho House’s annual music and food festival and is renowned for attracting A-list performers and attendees alike, with the 2019 line-up including Black Eyed Peas, Franz Ferdinand and Groove Armada. Over 10,000 festival goers attend the event daily.
