Security Company supports Local Schools in Alcohol Awareness Project

Venture Security Management of Andover is the first business in Hampshire to sign up to the Schools Alcohol Awareness Project, a new education initiative which encourages young people to adopt responsible attitudes towards alcohol.

Paul Howe, Director of Venture Security said, “In running a security company that provides door supervisors to the licensed industry we are acutely aware of the problems associated with underage drinking and felt compelled to take part in such a worthwhile project. Very often youths come into town centres whilst under the influence of alcohol attempting to gain access into licensed premises or threatening and abusing staff and customers outside on the street.
